Scott Dismuke is the Vice President of Operations for PDA, overseeing day-to-day operations in two offices for the employee retention organization. PDA consults with some of the nation’s top transportation and logistics companies, providing carriers with actionable data and analytics to improve driver feedback and retention. Prior to joining PDA, Scott worked in business development and government relations for various clients, including renewable energy, national security, and transportation. He resides in Franklin, TN with his wife and son, and when he’s not helping organizations improve their retention, he can be found passionately cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, Tennessee Titans and Arkansas Razorbacks. Scott’s guilty pleasures include 80’s hair band music, a good documentary on Netflix and relaxing in a chair on the beach.
Priscilla has over 26 years of experience in recruiting and retention, specializing in driver recruiting, marketing, advertising, communications and training. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Conversion Interactive Agency, the leading driver recruitment marketing agency in the trucking industry. She has experience working for both a large motor carrier and the leading advertising agency in the market. She was recently named 2023 Top Woman to Watch in Trucking by Women in Trucking.
Priscilla lives in Little Rock, AR with her family, and when she’s not building employer brands, she can be found cheering on her Arkansas Razorbacks or hanging out with her fellow dance moms. And … she unapologetically can quote almost any 90’s rap song on cue.
